All castles are guaranteed for 7 hours. You can purchase additional time at $40/hour, and please get in touch for more information.
We do not guarantee any time with the castles outside of 10am - 6pm. You will be contacted and given a delivery time and pick-up time.
Free delivery within Norfolk County, all areas outside of this are subject to an $80 delivery fee.
All castles set up on asphalt or concrete surfaces are subject to a $25 fee.
Each castle has a maximum capacity of 1000 lbs (approx 8-10 children) and comes with a basketball net inside the bouncer for added fun.
A 110-volt outlet is required to plug into that is within 100 feet of the castle set-up location. Customer extension cords will not be used. We require the use of your garden hose for wet rentals, it must be long enough to connect to the back of the inflatable.
Please note the following items are PROHIBITED on, in or near our castles: face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers, silly string, smoking, pets, toys, sharp objects, glasses, jewellery, badges, food, drinks, gum, shoes, BBQ's and campfires.
All bouncy castles are INOPERABLE during high winds, thunder, lightning, and extreme weather. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to weather and warnings for the safety of participants.
